Certification Portal Transfer


Your data is now in transit!

This is the second support email in the series of four.  We are pleased to inform you your data is now being transferred to the new Certification Portal. During this data transfer period the old CIS portal will be closed for use. 

In this second support email we will explain the consequences with the old CIS portal and the next steps during this transfer period. After this step you will be asked to complete actions inside the Certification Portal.

Please see and read the email below for the instruction about step two. Your cooperation is vital to ensure a smooth transition.


STEP 2: Transition
 

 

Your data is now being transferred into the Certification Client Portal. The current CIS system is therefore also now closed. It is important to know that you will not be able to access CIS Portal during this short period. It is also important to know that your data is in safe hands.

To complete this second step of this transition we ask you to follow the following actions:

Video 1 entails introducing the new Certification client portal to you. Video 1 provides a glimpse of the Certification Portal and the benefits the client portal wild hold.       Video 2 is a notification to inform you that the data migration into the new Certification portal  has  started. This video will provide you with more info on the consequences of the transfer.

Video 3 is  a notification that your data has been transferred successfully. Video 3 also provides instruction about how to validate your data and accept the Terms of Contract.

  Video 4 gives the final instruction.  The portal is ready to be used. The last video gives you an instruction on how to start using the system and were you can find more instruction material
